Penciling.in is a free resource for children and families. We do not ask you to create an account, enter an email address, or share any personal information to download our PDFs. We have designed the site so that no personal data is required to use it.

Penciling.in is built and operated by the Penciling.in team.
What data we collect
We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from visitors, including children under the age of 13.
- No name, email, or phone number is requested at any point.
- No account registration exists on this site.
- PDF downloads are direct file links — no download gates or personal-data forms are required.
- When enabled, we may record basic first-party usage events such as page visits, PDF downloads, and share clicks to understand which resources are most useful.
Cookies & analytics
Penciling.in does not use advertising networks, behavioural profiling, or account-based tracking cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for high-level traffic measurement and first-party operational metrics for downloads, visits, and share actions.
- These measurements are used to understand which printable resources are most helpful and where the site needs improvement.
- We do not use this data to identify children or build personal profiles of visitors.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics is limited to aggregate traffic measurement rather than advertising or retargeting.
Children's privacy (COPPA & DPDP)
Penciling.in content is designed for children aged 2–10, used under parental supervision. We comply with:
- India DPDP Act 2023 — we do not process personal data of children.
- COPPA (US) — we do not collect data from children under 13, whether they are in the US or accessing the site internationally.
If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us in error, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Third-party links
Some pages contain links to Amazon.in for physical product purchases. Once you leave penciling.in, Amazon's own privacy policy governs your data. We are not responsible for Amazon's data practices.
PDF downloads
All PDFs are hosted on our own servers. Standard web server logs and first-party download counters may record technical request data such as time, requested file, and basic browser or network information needed to deliver the file and measure overall usage. We do not use this information to identify individual children or create user accounts.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site grows. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. We will not introduce data collection without clearly communicating it here first.
